Tuzo Loyalty Program - Terms and Conditions

1. Membership

Membership is free and open to individuals aged 18 years and above.
By signing up, members agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Membership accounts are non-transferable and limited to one per person.

2. Earning Points

Points are earned on qualifying purchases at participating outlets, including restaurants, the spa, and other services as specified.
Points are calculated as a percentage of the total spend (e.g., 1 point for every KES 100 spent).
Certain promotions, discounted items, or services may not be eligible for earning points.

3. Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for specific rewards, such as discounts, complimentary services, or exclusive experiences.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

4. Expiry of Points
